Shipping, Processing & Order Policies

Processing & Shipping Timelines

Every order is prepared with precision and intention to ensure quality at every step.
Please allow 5–16 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order is complete, it ships via insured USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

Tracking links are sent automatically via email. It may take up to 48 business hours for updates to reflect once scanned by the carrier.

Note: Your billing and shipping addresses must match to prevent processing delays. Orders with mismatched details may be canceled or require additional verification.

Wig Orders — Buyer Form Required

All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be completed before your order is finalized.
You can find the form at the top of the website.

Processing will not begin until this form is submitted.

Once Your Order Ships

Once your package is in the care of USPS, Blessed Be the Mane is not liable for delays, damages, or lost/stolen shipments.

All packages require a signature upon delivery to help protect your order every step of the way.

Reserve for Appointment Day (Local Pickup Option)

If you select “Reserve for Appointment Day” at checkout:

  • Your hair will be prepared and used during your scheduled appointment

  • Hair is not shipped or released before your service

  • The pickup address will be included in your booking confirmation email

  • This option is final

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards and is considered final sale once processed.


Blessed Be the Mane is not responsible for wigs that are improperly fitted due to incorrect head measurements. Please be sure to measure carefully before placing your order.

If an error is made on our part, we will review the order and offer an exchange where appropriate.
